Do not want surgery, no medication, not responding to physical therapy. L5-S1 lumbar disc herniation, disc compression, spinal canal stenosis

      Conclusion: Completed 6 months o non-surgical treatment at ASC; Pain free after 10 sessions; Follow up MRI after 12 months

      Case Presentation: 29 yrold athlete with chronic lower back pain and radiating buttock and leg pain to the left side, unable to walk properly and do any sport 30 days. Use to do weight training and play football. 2ndopinion after surgeon suggest surgery. L5-S1 lumbar disc herniation, disc compression, spinal canal stenosis, foramina narrowing, nerve root compression. Complete 12 weeks of treatment at ASC

      Conclusion: Pain free after 2, Follow up MRI after 9 months

      Case Presentation: 55 yrold lady, long standing lower back pain last 10 years, intermitted periods of physio and Pilatus. L4-5 lumbar disc herniation, left side nerve root compression. Chronic NSAIDS, but very active with walking. Now left sided sciatica pain not responding
      Neuro surgeon: surgery option given. 2ndopinion: Completed 4 months of non-surgical treatment at ASC

      Conclusion: Pain free after 8 sessions. Follow up MRI after 12 months

      Case Presentation: 33 yrold male, ongoing sciatica type of pain, putting him out of work 1-2 days every 3-4 months. L5-S1 lumbar disc herniation, nerve root compression S1. Active horse rider, skier, regular jogging. Previous treatment was GP, physio, chiroprac. Now right sided sciatica pain not responding to previous facet block and TPI for pain ,weight loss. 2ndopinion: Completed 6 months of IDD + above

      Conclusion: Pain free after 8 sessions. Follow up MRI after 12 months

      Case Presentation: 30 yrold male, acute onset of severe left sided bac kapinradiating to left leg with numbness in left foot. 1stopinion from us and started with protocol over 5 months. TPI done +_ medication and bedrest for 2 weeks. Then started with IDD x 12 week

      Conclusion: Pain free after pain procedure + 5 x Spine MT. Follow up MRI after 2 and 5 months

      Case Presentation: 35 year old female. Kidney (key): 160cm, weight (weight): 55kg, body mass index (BMI): 21.48% (normal). Complained of sore lower back and hips. Severe pain to walk and difficulty to left leg. Did not directly examine the Colossus: Colossus right, not straight angle -50 °, -10 °to the left vertical elevation angle. Diagnosed with L5-S1 extrusion. Treatment duration of 8 months. 10 days applies to every ID-HNP, and then 10 is added to the treatment every other day Mode1, 2. As the next seven months, the treatment once a week.

      Conclusion: Disc height: = 7.71 before treatment, after treatment (after 15 months) = 7.38. After pre-treatment = 264.44 therapy (15 months: Disc escape Index After) = 29.50. The disc degeneration grade: Ⅳbaseline = grade, after treatment (after 15 months) = grade Ⅲ

      Case Presentation: 32 year old female. Kidney (key): 157cm, weight (weight): 56kg, body mass index (BMI): 22.72% (normal). Housewife with two children. Fell in the bathroom 5 months ago. Complains of left pelvic pain especially when carrying child on her hip. Did not directly examine the colossus: Colossus upon the right vertical elevation angle of -45 °to the left lower back pain occurs. Diagnosed with L5-S1 extrusion. Treatment duration: the first two apply to a total of 17 times, then 1 month to 4 times a week ID-HNP-month Mode1, by adding two treatments, the last four months of receiving treatment twice a week.

      Conclusion: Disc height: = 6.94 before treatment, after treatment (after 9 months) = 7.67. The disc prolapse Index: 182 = before treatment, after treatment (after 9 months) = 0. The disc degeneration grade: Ⅳbaseline = grade, after treatment (after 9 months) = grade Ⅲ

      Case Presentation: 26 year old female. Kidney (key): 161cm, weight (weight): 57kg, BMI (Body mass index, BMI): 21.99% (normal). College student experience lower back pain even after receiving physical therapy a year ago. Chief complaints included lower aching pain and neck stiffness. aching lower back, the neck stiffness and pain after sitting for 10 mins. Did not examine the Colossus (straight leg raising, SLRT): None. Diagnosis: L4-5 paracentral protrusion

      Treatment Duration: Treatment with ID-HNP week also enough for two to three months. In addition for the next three months, so treatment should Mode1 four times a month. Again she complained of pain after 13 months treatment should so three times a week for three months.

      Conclusion:Disc height: = 8.05 before treatment, after treatment (after 18 months) = 8.55The disc prolapse Index: = 11.14 after treatment before treatment (after 18 months) = 0The disc degeneration grade: Ⅳbaseline = grade, after treatment (after 18 months) = grade Ⅲ

      Case Presentation: 26 year old male. Kidney (key): 172cm, weight (weight): 68kg, body mass index (BMI): 22.99% (normal). Office worker. Experiencing the waist is aching feet long sitting numbness. Did not directly examine the Colossus: Colossus right, not straight angle -40 °, -30 °to the left vertical elevation angle. Diagnosis: L4-5 protrusion

      Treatment duration: 45 days daily treatment, and the remaining seven months Mode1, 2 additional treatment once a week for about stars in the ID-HNP.

Pain occurs when walking or coughing, severe pain in the left side. Did not directly examine the Colossus: Colossus right, not straight angle -35 °, -30 °to the left vertical elevation angle. Diagnosis: L4-5 extrusion

      Treatment duration: one month is applied two times a week ID-HNP, the next three months, once a week by adding Mode1. Model 2 during the last five months, twice a month.

      Case Presentation: 27 year old female. Kidney (key): 173cm, weight (weight): 52kg, body mass index (BMI): 17.37% (underweight). Complained of lower back pain lasting for over 9 months. Experienced burning sensation when sitting. Diagnosiswith L5-S1 protrusion.

      Treatment duration: the first two months of the ID-HNP three times a week, the next two months will Mode1. Model 2 twice a week during the last four months of treatment.

      Case Presentation: Pregnant female experiencing radiating back pain. Physical therapy and medication not working. Recommended surgery, but decided to do outpatient therapy. Had a treatment duration of 7-8 months. Follow-up MRI showed improvement in disc.

      Case Presentation: 47 yr, male smoker, history with back pain radiating into legs for three months. Symptoms worsen when walking and standing. Recommended for surgery. Received therapy with ASC protocol for 10 weeks.

      Conclusion: Got better, improved condition and resumed his normal life activities.
